  • "You are a conversation away from feeling one step better."

Life has challenges. Why not have a conversation about it? Start a conversation now with someone who is caring and understanding.

    What to Expect

Conversations Therapy was designed to take the stress out of talking to someone of trust. Oftentimes, people will confide in their hairdresser/barber or even their bartender with no actual resolution. Although these people mean well, they are not trained in offering evidence-based techniques that are proven to work. At Conversations Therapy, we want you to feel as if you are having a conversation with a trusted friend who has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to help you develop healthier coping skills to utilize in your everyday life.

Services offered are an individual, group, couples, and family conversations via secure video and text. Conversations specialize in treating people with anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship problems, trauma, personal growth issues, addiction, and many more. Don’t let life’s problems make you feel defeated….Let’s Talk About It!

    About Celeste Ige

    BIOGRAPHY

I named my practice Conversations Therapy because I have always felt that the words “therapy” and “counseling” have a bad reputation. Some people think that seeking therapy is admitting weakness; others think that their therapist will judge them or tell them that they are “bad” or “broken.” In reality, neither of these things could be further from the truth. Rather, seeking therapy requires strength and determination. Furthermore, therapy can and should be a good experience. At Conversations Therapy, I believe that you are the expert of your own life. As your therapist, my job is to guide you through your complex emotions so that you can gain better clarity on your life.

My motto is “Be your authentic self.” I welcome people regardless of their age, background, religion, ethnicity, sexual preference, gender identity, or any other identity a human being might hold. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings and express yourself freely. I encourage you to be yourself and your whole self. In our therapy sessions, we will look at the whole of you and see how your different experiences and emotions have impacted your life.

    EDUCATION & THEORETICAL ORIENTATION
